Not sure why the NIST would be investigating anything and not sure why it would take use of the Freedom of info act to get them.

Although I'm not sure either, I have a very good idea as to why residents of Mexico and Zimbabwe were able to see hundreds of images that American citizens were not allowed to see on 911 and immediately thereafter.

Control of the media and assertion of what government must allow and not allow its citizens to see. Simply because they can.

For their own good, of course.

Yes, even Dubya succumbed to this absurd abuse of central government power.
