Ford has a recall of it’s own right now on Ford trucks...the airbags deploy w/out a reason.

...yes...and that was Iacocca’s point...they built brand spanking new factories that were OSHA compliant, and hired a work force of young people....meanwhile, he was trying to make cars with older workers in a patched up plant...he believed that in time the Jananese would start to experiance the same problems as Detroit....looks like his prediction is coming true.

Non union factors too. This whole Toyota thing is to get UAW workers at GM and Chrysler into non-union transplant factories. I own a Ford and their newest cars are outstanding. This Toyota bashing is BS and a put up job by the UAW. They want all those non-union factories unionized. This is what the attacks on Toyota are all about.

Most likely. Toyota has manufacturing in U.S., Canada, and Mexico that make most of the cars sold here.
