The s/wave was strong the P/wave on most seismographs around the area.

Normally you have a sharp shock wave(Pwave)followed by an intense and longer lasting rolling type tremor.

On most recorders that captured this quake it appears reversed.

Weird to me, not sure why it appears that way.
