UK: Labour accused of secret plot on immigration
The Telegraph ^ | 2/9/2010 | Tom Whitehead

The damaging document suggests the immigration policy of the last decade was aimed at meeting the Government's "social objectives" as much as economic need.

It even signals that immigration controls are contrary to Government policy aims and would lead to social exclusion, reinforcing claims that Labour oversaw a deliberate open door programme to boost multiculturalism.

They Conservatives last night demanded an independent inquiry in to the origins of such a policy.

Written in 2000, it suggests wanting to "maximise the contribution of migration to the Government's economic and social objectives".

Ministers have always denied such claims but the extracts, obtained under the Freedom of Information, suggest a very different direction at a time when immigration numbers began to soar.

Voting trends from past elections also indicate that migrants and their descendants are more likely to vote Labour.

The extracts were contained in a draft version of a policy paper initially drawn up by a Cabinet Office think-tank and a Home Office research unit in October 2000.

But by the time the document was published the following year, many references to "social objectives" had been removed, leading to claims last night that ministers conducted a "secret policy" on immigration.

The public argument for immigration by the Government has always concentrated on the economic benefits and suggestions of social engineering have been staunchly denied, despite the fact around three million migrants have moved to the UK under Labour.

But last year, Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett, claimed that the sharp increase over the last 10 years was partly due to a "driving political purpose: that mass immigration was the way that the Government was going to make the UK truly multicultural."

He claimed ministers wanted to radically change the country and "rub the Right's

Where is the “indigenous peoples” support group in England?

Ask the American Indian tribes what they think of open borders.

This has been going on for decades in both Europe and the USA — the left using immigration policy for their partisan political ends and “social” objectives. They have been boosting their own voter rolls with complacent indifference or outright cooperation from everyone else.

The British Labor Party’s endgame was lust for power and the satisfaction of their ideology at the expense of the British people.

The Democrats have the same endgame. Some Republicans do too, like John McCain and Lindsey Graham. Its the number 1 reason why amnesty must be opposed, even if we were to lose some Hispanic votes. And I’m going to say that most Hispanic voters have disdain for illegal aliens, because they came to America the underhanded way; legal Hispanics worked hard to gain citizenship, and many are 2nd and 3rd and 4th generation Americans. When someone disregards the laws, they spit in the faces of everyone who worked hard to become a naturalized American.

This issue is only painted as a loser for Republicans to make them loose confidence in themselves, and convince Hispanics that Republicans don’t care about them. Its mostly a psychological thing.

The immigration fight is a fight for the life of our Republic. With further unlimited immigration we will be swamped by uneducated third world socialists who will take everything the govt will give them and vote Rat forever.
We need to contribute to conservative candidates and vote for them. No more RINO’s.
