That's pretty weak. Superman, Flash or Green Lantern could have worked around that the same woy the original Green Lantern had to work around wooden weapons.
Supes could have dropped a munition or a paratrooper on Hitler's head without coming near the spear. What did Hirohito have, the "Cone of Silence?"
