I merely presented the chart which shows he had an unprecedented period where he could have accomplished a great deal and he did nothing to shrink the fed.
And I guess your "qualifying" majority in the Senate, ever by saying "conservative majority" as opposed to Republican majority - which he DID have from 2003-2007.
Including Hagel, Snowe, Collins, Specter, McCain, Graham, Gregg and Chafee among others.
