Why is HIV the ONLY STD that "researchers" are interested in preventing transmission of?

Other STD rates are going up off the chart and some public information campaigns are now telling kids that HPV "doesn't really count" because "everyone" gets that one.

They need sex ed in prisons, and to the wives and girlfriends of inmates...test them before releasing them and make the info available to the wives and girlfriends.

Inmates come out of prison with stds and hiv even if they didn't have it going in.....then pass it on to their next partner on the outside, snow ball effect.
