I beg to differ with you based on first hand experience living in the Rio Grande Valley (look on a handy Red/Blue political county map of Texas). “Latinos” (or whatever they wish to call themselves this year) consistently, meaning EVERY DAMNED election cycle, vote liberal Democrat. I’m 67 and I go w-a-a-a-y back with these people.

That's a pretty narrow demographic. I know a good many Hispanics who abhor abortion, hate illegals, are doing well in business, and vote conservative.
