Just when you thought things couldn't get any more bizarre, the judge in the Prop 8 trial is exposed as an unrepentant sodomite. Talk about a militant liberal activist on the bench, this is beyond the pale. Can you imagine a card carrying NAMBLA member presiding over a child molesters trial? What about an avowed wife-swapper presiding over a polygamy trial? This is pure insanity!

Maybe I’m reading the excerpt wrong, but from what I understand the article is saying that the Anti-Prop 8 people are saying the trial should be a slam-dunk win for them, but the judge is saying he needs more evidence, meaning NOT a slam-dunk game over trial.

Am I wrong?
