Oh, yeah, they are scraping the bottom of the barrel on this one. Several words on the hand equals two teleprompters constantly in view. Every speaker uses tricks like notes on the hand or cards placed out of sight of the audience. I know, I used to teach computer classes and I needed my notes on some days. BUT, I didn’t read everything line by line as Bozo does every time he makes a speech.
