No ‘yotes. Good thing I was in a deer stand, I would have gotten run over by two does. Something spooked them towards me about five minutes after I started calling. Came running by with flags flying.

No, it missed us. Just light stuff flying around this morning. About 21°, ligh NE wind. Was nice in the stand, but I’m going to be hearing that rabbit distress call in my sleep.

It might have spooked those deer, and saw or winded me. The wind was not in my favor in that case. I need to come up with something to raise the weasel-on-a-stick up higher. Too much marsh around me that limits visibility at dog level. I'm thinking some PVC pip should do it.
