Actually, when you find me at the next Tea Party, check my palm ... I intend to write those things there so I will REMEMBER the basics. I won’t need a TelePrompTer or a speech writer ... just remember those three things and I’ll have a “position” to defend and attain. Good for her.

What on Earth is he talking about? Biden, against all expectations and odds, managed to say something far more bizarre and off-planet than anything Palin has said on the topic to date.
