After the service, the Pastor and I had a nice chat about Venturing. Now I need to find more information about starting a Crew.

Contact your District Executive or District Commissioner. Failing that your Council Commissioner or Council Executive, in that order and they should be able to help not only form a Venturing Crew/Team but get the adult leaders the necessary training.
