I could not understand why any pregnant American woman would go anywhere near Kenya.

That seems plausible. A pregnant woman from the US would have to be crazy to travel to a third world country like Kenya. Of course on the other hand, the Dunhams appear to have had many screws loose.

Except Ann Dunham liked to run to 3rd world countries all her life so it's no stretch to believe it. No one saw her pregnant about as much of seeing her anywhere in the US.

We couldn't imagine it (going to Kenya, etc) but for a moment imagine you are an idealistic, deranged, American hating left wing moonbat raised in an environment of all those descriptions. Going to Africa, having a half African child--it's a badge of honor in those circles. The complete repudiation of everything American in one swift act. I have ZERO doubt it is why she had the kid. When the novelty wore off and the attention it reflected back to her lost it's excitement, she ceased raising him and passed the responsibility on to others.

It is so classically the liberal mindset from the turning away from America, to the narcissism, to the selfishness, to the cold detachment from her child. It is a story in itself and it goes a long way to explain the pathologies of this president.

Also bear in mind that we are looking at an inter-racial impregnation from the viewpoint of 2010, not 1960. That was FIFTY years ago, eons ago in terms of racial relations. Inter-racial marriage was illegal in many states, and even "liberals" of the day used the terms "Negro" or "colored" with a bit of trepidation, as though they were being polite and hiding a larger truth about blacks. The degree of racial separation literally cannot be over stated.

Stanley Ann Dunham would have literally had to be a nut case to have let herself get pregnant by a black man in that era. If she got pregnant by a black man in 1960, her obvious complete unconcern for the morals and norms of contemporary America would mark her as someone completely outside the mainstream of thought, personality, and culture of the era.

It would also explain much of Barack 0bama's psyche. I'll leave that divination to the reader. I have too much else to do on this Sunday morning. A full psycho-history of Barack 0bama, properly performed by a professional, will be, I suspect, a frightening thing for all who care about America.
