Unless Berg speaks Luo and Swahili, he (and you) have no idea what question she was asked, and no idea what her answer was. All you know is that a tape recording that was set up specifically to try and elicit an admission that Obama was born in Kenya failed to do so. Nowhere on that tape can Sarah Obama ever once be heard to say that Obama was born in Kenya.

Too bad your interpretation matters a lot less than what actually is recorded on the tape. The Ababaptist "Bishop" tries to claim that Obama was born in Mombasa, and Obama's family corrects him and tells him he was wrong, Obama was born in Hawaii. That is what the tape records.

But it does not record Sarah Obama ever saying that her step-grandson was born in Kenya.

What makes you think they're "coaching grandma?" In fact they are directly correcting the Anabaptist "Bishop." That's how you correct somebody when they are wrong. You tell them

Berg claims his Swahili speaking translator has confirmed that grandma actually did clearly say BHO II was born in Mombasa before the family jumped in and started trying to talk over her to contradict her. Just why would the family jump into the interview if grandma was doing just fine? Because she said something they didn't want her to say, is my interpretation.
