Just now got my power back on in Northern Virginia. It had been off since Friday night. I shoveled the driveway this morning (I’m *really* not supposed to be doing that!) but that was the only way it was going to get done. I wanted to get it done as early as possible, so that the sunshine would dry the pavement. It worked, my driveway, though steep, isn’t slippery any more.
Staying warm was a bit of a challenge.
That’s enough snow for me for a while.
Don’t put the shovel away yet. ;-)
you may get a smattering more in a couple days, but nothing like the weekend..
hopefully temps will head upward then.. and weed season will be on.
