I have been searching desperately on YouTube for Reagan’s final great speech at Oxford in 1992. Maybe by then the early stages of Alzheimer’s was just beginning, but to me it was one of Reagan’s greatest speeches, and served as his parting words to the future generations.
Can’t find it, either. Checked on Google and some DUmmie was asking for it, or a transcript, and they couldn’t find it.
