That Didn't Take Long...ABC Reporter Attacks National Tea Party Convention Leaders During Press Conference

You just knew before this weekend was over that the mainstream media would insert itself into the story.

The presss conference was packed today at the National Tea Party Convention but not everyone acted like they were glad to be there.

The media elites could only sit on their hands for so long. After biting his lip for twenty minutes New York-based ABC reporter John Berman ripped into the National Tea Party Convention leaders at their press conference today.

John was visibly upset after attending former Rep. Tom Tancredo’s speech last night at the conference. Instead of confronting Tancredo, Berman attacked the organizers of the event and demanded they speak for the former representative. Berman also attacked organizer Mark Skoda for not listing the names of the board members of a newly formed organization after Skoda said he would have the names listed by the end of the week… Funny, Berman’s never been this hard on Team Obama?

I like this Tancredo fella after hearing his speech. I think he should run in 2012 for president.

THE MSM IS OUR ENEMY!!!!

Why give bullets to the enemy?
Why give a press conference?

Give the MSM NOTHING!!!!

We do NOT need Skoda's as yet unformed non-profit or his PAC. We've done very well without "leadership" so far.

From FReeper ThePatriotsFlag;

Something special is happening with the Tea Party Movement of today. Of course people will try to gain control of it because it is a very powerful source of energy. But the concern that it is “not controlled” and therefore “doomed” is unfounded. It needs not be nor should it be confined ... to a leader, to an organization or to a specific plan. Such activity would nullify the greatness of what it has become to date and could grow to in the future. One needn’t worry ... one only need to join the energy, shun people who attempt its control and allow plans to be spur of the moment. With a leader, there is a target, with an organization, a counter-organization, with a plan, a thwarting of the plan. But as pure ENERGY ... nothing can stop it. Think of it as energy ... join it, and be a part of this historical change-making effort.

I think it would be difficult to put in place any “test” for voting given the history of such tests (i.e. to prevent black voters from voting). Having said that I do believe that those who vote in this country should have at least a basic understanding of how our form of government works before pulling the lever. One of the reasons our government is in such bad shape is the uninformed/misinformed electorate. You should not be allowed to vote if you don’t have a grasp of what you are voting for. The founders understood this and harped on the requirement to maintain an educated populace. Liberals understand this too which is why they try so hard to keep the populace ignorant and dependent.

When vermin are exposed to light, they panic. In this case the lib-tard reveals biased coverage, and mental instability.

I agree. Why hold a press conference at all. Keep the MSM at arms length and let them wonder what is going on and filing their bogus reports. They are not our friends and they are only there to try and tear down what has been built.

John Berman clearly has some serious personal problem. Maybe ABC should do him a favor and assign him to, say, Home & Garden Shows, until his therapy has a chance to kick in.

Nice job Tea Party participants. You know when you’re over the right target whenever you’re taking flak.

Tancredo spent some time since stepping down as Representative from Colorado to fill in for Mike Rosen the conservative-liberatarian KOA radio talk show host.

Tancredo did a great job, was very entertaining and extremely good with the facts on a wide range of issues.

As a presidential candidate, he may have suffered from having a “face made for radio” but he was right on target with the issues. I think he was also falsely cast as a one-trick pony because of his support for immigration reform.

Its not out and ignorance but rather reshaping the message that schools seem to find their calling to be these days.
Kids learn, its just what they learn.
