Still here, my 8 y/o son wants to adopt a dog, we already have one dog and 2 cats, the local shelter showed up at the school today to collect some things the kids had donated, toys, food etc. They brought a dog named Jack and my son tells me we must have Jack, he is so alone, no home, tears and all. I had to blame Obama and say we have no money, we cannot afford Jack.

Sad story about Jack. My daughter had me take in a feral kitten.(could not say no. A very handsome grey swirl tabby) she named him Roy. 5 years later the cat still has mommy issues. ( rooting and soaking my shirt nursing).
