I’d say to Mr. Kuhner not to let Berg define the ‘birthers.’ If he doesn’t believe the paternal conferring of British citizenship at Obama’s birth is not important to the issue, he is not a good spokesman.

As you know, there are two theories as to the meaning of "natural born citizen" as it appears as a requisite for the presidency in the Constitution. Berg believes that "native born" equals "natural born", in so far as I am aware. You as well as most of us here subscribe to the Vattel definition. The fact of the matter is that when the truth is finally revealed, Obama will probably fail to meet both definitions.

If he doesnt believe the paternal conferring of British citizenship at Obamas birth is not important to the issue, he is not a good spokesman. It's only indirectly important. The fact that Great Britian might, or might not, have considered junior to be a subject of the queen, doesn't matter, but the fact that BHO Senior was a British Subject and *not* a US Citizen, is absolutely the heart of the matter of Natural Born Citizen.
