The one who’s certifiable is Tom Campbell...the guy proposed hiking taxes as a solution to California’s fiscal and economic mess while running for the GOP governor’s primary...when that incredibly shrewd (not) piece of economic positioning didn’t help him catch fire among GOP voters, he suddenly switched to running for the Senate. We don’t need Campbell’s moronic, Barack Obama-style statist economics in the Senate any more than we needed them in Sacramento.
