Senator-elect Scott Brown left his Wrentham home today, en route to Washington, D.C., to be sworn in to office. He was officially certified this morning in a brief procedural hearing at the State House. Brown is expected to be sworn in around 5 p.m. today by Vice President Joe Biden.
