What is a hit and run poster please? I am new here. I have read it a long time because it is a good place for news but I admit I don’t know all the rules. Have I done something wrong?

You didn't break any rules.

It can be a rough site, just be willing to defend what you say.

No but this is a discussion site. New posters tend to post and not respond otherwise known as "hit and run". Responding is good. But be aware that we have liberals who come here and try to disrupt. New posters are always "suspect". It's normal.

A hit-n-run is someone who drops an inflammatory post and then refuses to come back and defend their posting.

The Mods will let you know. They are pretty hard on new folks these days, because of the influx of trolls (disruptive posters), but you should be ok as long as you are willing to play by the rules.
