Miley Cyrus's nine-year-old sister is set to raise eyebrows again with news she is launching a clothing line for children.
Noah, who is not even high school age yet, is teaming up with best friend Emily Grace Reaves, eight, and Ooh! La, La! Couture designers for the project.
The two youngsters will release the 'trendy, sweet, yet edgy' designs in time for Valentine's Day.
However, parents may raise an eyebrow or two at the grown-up nature of the slightly risqué designs.
But whatever spin is put on it, some will see the venture as a little perverse.
Back in October, Noah caused controversy when she attended a Halloween party dressed in a black lace-up mini dress with PVC knee-high boots.
She completed her overly grown-up look with a face full of make-up and lashings of red lipstick.
According to CocoPerez.com, Reaves, who played Cindy Lou in Hannah Montana: The Movie, wore one of her creations - a leopard-print mini-dress, lace tights and fingerless black gloves - in a promotional video with Noah.

You know, it is really hard to have sympathy for Billy Ray Cyrus when celebrities suggest your daughters get STDs when he willingly dresses them like sluts.

I read it earlier and was so disgusted ...guess this the best we can expect from a father who still wears a mullet.

The truly pathetic thing is, we all know there are parents out there who will actually buy this trash for their little girls to wear.

Have you seen those shows about “beauty pageants” for 4 year olds?
If you notice, the mothers are almost always of the large variety and are vicariously living through dressing their children up like little tramps in clothing in which they wouldn’t look good, even if it was the right size.
They don’t have mullets. But they do have poor judgment and possibly other problems.
One of the comments at the dailymail link said “it’s just little girls playing dressup”. Excuse me? Since when do little 9-year old girls playing dress-up publicly/globally display their “toys”, launch their own clothing line with the intent of turning a profit (and that’s not just for “fun”), and make themselves up to look like 20-something whores?
These rags will be seen worn to church by 9 year-olds, too. Just wait and see!
The parents of course are the root cause of the problem. They ultimately choose to let their daughters dress this way.

Yup. Abiut 6 years ago, my wife was totally fristrated when she tried to shop for decent spring dresses for our two oldest daughters. Only whore clothes were available, so they didn’t get new clothes at that time.

We have four daughters. My wife and all four use the sewing machine. All female clothing in our house is made in our house. And Dad inspects, too!

I hear ya ...I’ve seen parts of those shows ..but can’t watch all the way through....shades of JonBenet Ramsey.
Children removed from the actual beauty scene are influenced by the likes of Miley C .... the clothing promoted makes 5 y/o look like hookers. And this has bled over to their fashion choices in general. Yuck.

Those pageant moms are something else. Your analysis seems spot on with a great many of them.
“And Dad inspects, too!” LOL! Ditto. I still have two daughters at home. They are teenagers. The get clothes from their friends, sometimes. The clothes are usually inappropriate. They always go into the garbage can.
