Make all out of pocket medical expenses deductable and get rid of the "7.5% rule. IIRC, the RAT legislation would turn the 7.5% exclusion into a 10% exclusion.
IOW, another lie that taxes won't go up on anyone with less than 250K income.
I'm waiting for the rats to apply a similar deductible to charitable deductions or at least to charitable donations to churches.
