Same thing happened back in the “roaring” 20’s. The obsession with Egyptian/oriental mysticism is self-evident in the stonework of cemetery crypts and headstones dating from that period.
What we have today is pretty much the same moral climate that existed leading up to 1929.
God is dead, therefore we are as gods and can make up our own rules.
I know that it wasn’t the wiccan pagan gods that have blessed this country. I pray that Americans find a sense of gratitude for all the things that God has given us. What is Thanksgiving day about anyway?
