The Mass. Secretary of State turned in the finalized certification papers this morning. Why the hell should he (and we) have to wait another nine days?
If the Dems refuse to seat him he should seek an injunction ordering them to do so and enjoining them from holding any votes until he is seated. Of course, the Senate can disregard the injunction from the Supreme Court but that would further corrode their position with the electorate.
If the paperwork is in then it should be done tomorrow!
