The problem is that they cannot make it illegal for the federal government to collect the increased taxes. So you don’t have to have the insurance but you still pay for it. How many people will then say “Since I am paying for it I should get something out of it”?
I hope this inspires a lawsuit that will go to SCOTUS and vacate the Individual Mandate in MA.
