Health Care Reform, as they have it planned, will cover currently undocumented people as well. Anyone that goes to the doctor or a hospital would have to be recorded in the database. It will also allow the Federal Government direct, real-time access to all individual bank accounts. Very few folks could hide under the radar with that scenario.
