McCain had a 25 point lead BEFORE Sarah even endorsed him. So your saying that Sarah’s endorsement has influence then, so how come Hoffman lost..she endorsed him and he lost. So it can’t work both ways. Bottom line is, people make up their own minds. If I lived in Arizona, I wouldn’t vote for McCain, even though Sarah Palin endorsed him. If people can’t use their own brains and pick who they want to win that’s NOT Sarah’s problem. McCain was picked by the GOP before Sarah Palin even came on board so whose fault is that.

Sorry, it is Palin's problem. This is exactly why McCain wants Palin to campaign for him, to influence voters, and she damn well knows this. How much she can influence voters is not clear. If she has a lot of influence McCain might win. If she doesn't, she will have demonstrated her lack of influence on the electorate which would reflect on her ability to be a successful candidate.

She has put herself in a no win situation.

McCain had a single digit lead before Palin now polls have him at double digit leads.

While Palin’s endorsment does’nt matter in the general elections, it matters in a primary closed to Republican voters.
