It is possible that the video tape belongs to the DNC or Edwards’ campaign.
The donors to his campaign coffers were actually paying for Hunter’s video services.
In addition to being a greedy, calculating groupie - Hunter was star-struck stupid.
Poor Quinn!
No.

Irrelevant. If she took it, she owns it.
All images taken by a 'Photographer' (Stills or Video) belong by US Copyright Laws to him, or her, period - end(1).
(1) In the 'olden days' a Photographer would have to put a little copyright stamp © on a print. No longer, now the copyright (ownership) is implied just by the act of taking the picture, or video.
Ditto for those old 'Model Release Forms'. They were really a 'feel good' gesture on the part of the Photographer. They had the legal authority of an Obama EO (/s). The Model 'owned' nothing, and never did. (I still have a pack of them in an old camera bag) (The Forms, not Models)

Yes on all counts.
But - being a 'Photographer' is somewhat like being a Congressman, no IQ Test is required :-)
[I know there's a new fangled term of 'Videographer', but that is just soooo gay]
