I know you were not being critical....Sometimes I just wonder how many in Israel and the Arab world have read the Revelation timeline and what they think about the return of the Messiah, even though at this point many still do not know it is Jesus Christ, or maybe they do ?

In my estimation, whomever in Israel and the Arab world has even looked at and/or read the book of Revelation, it's only hyperbole to them, and not real. It's symbolic and nothing more to them, and it only "reflects" (in their own minds) a "peculiar mindset" of Christian thinking that they can ignore, because they "know" it's not true... :-)
So, not very many have read it and even less have any inkling that it is true.
But, there are Messianic Jews in Israel (who believe Jesus is the Messiah of Israel), although their numbers are small, overall, but they are growing in number).
And with the Arabs, if they believe Revelation and it's timeline, then they are probably already Christian (although again, in that world, that's not very many).
