highlander_UW,

I apologize for not making myself clear. It was the very truth of your statement that made me respond. I should have addressed my remark to “everyone.”

Thinking of Lech Walesa and what the Poles suffered under the communists reminded me of my cousin who was a freedom fighter in Lithuania in WWII. He was captured by the Russians, executed before his family in their front yard and his body was then desecrated. His remains and those of the rest of the freedom fighters in the town were buried in a common grave. I have a picture of the headstone containing their names and their story.

Apology cheerfully accepted. You can imagine my puzzlement when your post didn't seem to fit mine.
