they do wear a lot of make-up! Even ordinary women commonly do 9-stage make-up.
Some French cosmetics executive turned up in Seoul, extolling Korean women for doing (drum roll) 14-stage make-up. LOL.
In comparison, women in the West are said to do 3 or 4-stage make-up.
Competition among women in S. Korea is simply out of control.
