Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said today that skeptical Republicans and Democrats should throw their support behind climate change legislation not only because it's good for the economy and the environment, but because Congress desperately needs a win under its belt.
Any Congress that sticks its nose into so many things doesn't need a win under its belt but needs to be thrown out on its ass.
Lindsey, you're a frickin moron who's trying to use our money to get other asses like Al Franken to like you. You're a waste of senatorial space. The sooner the voters return you and your kind to private life the better it will be for the whole nation.

"We tried immigration. It's hard. And we failed. We tried Social Security. It's hard. And we failed. We tried health care. It's really hard. And it looks like we're going to have to start over again,"What do you mean by "WE" Lindsey?

The highest goal is not giving your organization a political victory, Senator Graham. It is not even a low level goal.
The highest goal is doing right by the American People within the confines of the Constitutional authority you were given by the people of each state when the ratified the Constitution, which one would assume is that which is based on tested scientific observations which can be replicated and which are not based on computer modeling, but on actual measurements of the the real world.
You do not understand the concept of working for the people, because you think it is to work for your own victory.
This is not a college bowl game. This matters.

If Juan McCain wins they will flip. McCain becomes the liberal that he *IS* and Graham-nesty becomes a conservative until his 2012 election. Graham was re-elected in 2008. He doesn't face another election until 2014, so he can give us the finger.

When is this douchebag up for reelection?
It is time South Carolina Republicans throw him out in the primary, and failing that, cross party lines to elect his Democrat opponent, whoever it may be. A Democrat couldn’t be any worse. Now that Elizabeth Edwards has finally kicked John out, he’ll move back to his birthplace and return to politics...

ya know. I keep seeing the word RINO..and althought its true I think we all need to start using the right word.
Progressive. There are progressives in both parties and that is why we are having trouble defeating them because we are voting D’s and R’s...when it should be C’s and P’s.
I think we all need to work to change the vernacular.
