It’s a pity that the Rolling Stones never cultivated ‘B’ teams of musicians, composers and vocalists. They could have had a complex orchestra, bringing together classical blues and jazz, with the core band as the centerpiece.

Rolled into one, it would be a music academy, a recording studio, and a record label, generating music groups, training composers, cross training performers, etc.
