FTA They've chosen a phrase for the president's program. They call it the "New Foundation." They sneaked it in rather tentatively, probably not sure it would take off.
Do do a new foundation right, you must remove the old building, clear the rubble, poor a new foundation that is more suited to what you wish to build.
Scary huh?
