I have never heard a president insult the USSC in a SOTU address before, going back to days of LBJ. But then Obama is not an American and has no respect for the American rule of law, so the Supremes are just a bunch of old fogies to him.

I have never heard of a President “going at” the Supreme Court like that. They are a co-equal branch of government and are considered to be above politics. He just drug them down into the muck of Chicago thug politics that he lives in and has forever cheapened both them and the Office of the President.
