We already new that Feingold’s vision of free speech under the First Amendment didn't include political speech by a corporation...now we learn he doesn't like the personal and inaudible mutterings of the members of a separate and co-equal branch of government. Astonishing.

Hm. Just imagine if we have McCain/Feingold knocked down (in large portions it was), and McCain with his buddy Russ here were to lose election in the same year. We need to make that happen.

Convince Thompson to run and donate to J.D.

Other blogs are lighting up with self-righteous comments from the liberal trolls about the "evil corporations" and how the Supreme Court should not have overturned McCain-Feingold. I doubt any of them have even READ that POS legislation. Including Obama... It was unconstitutional from the get-go...

I'm not a member of those sites, but what's laughable is that the young and brainwashed don't seem to give a thought that those very same evil corporations are the companies who employ them. I doubt any of them are self-employed, and if they were, Obama and this Congress would tax them out of business.

They criticize Justice Alito's demeanor, even making nasty comments about his wife(!) completely ignoring the fact that it was Obama who was throwing a narcisstic temper tantrum and he started it all.

They are also forgetting that it's the Supreme Court who gets the last word.
