I caught the last 20 minutes. He hasn't learned anything from Tuesday's vote. He's doubling down on communism. He complained about having to get "60 votes." He whined uncontrolably. The tone was incoherent and rambling. There were uncomfortably long periods of silence where the audience seemed to be wondering, "where is this going?"
The worst SOTU that I've ever heard --by far. He seemed like a petty dictator in the first stages of a descent into madness.
So in other words, I didn’t miss anything.
