I'd like to think about Texas Specials. But that'll be after I get the neck pickup working on this one. And get a real amp. And i need a couple of pedals -- tube screamer and vibrato.

I like the body on this guitar so much I'm considering upgrading the rest of it, should the ship ever come in.

A friend of mine directed me to a website a few weeks ago with instructions on how to build an exact replica of Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Number One” Stratocaster (the sunburst guitar with half its finish gone). The guitar the website’s author built uses the body from a Squier Strat.
