Nice discussion of what was.
Question Is what will happen between now and November, and
what will happen after November.

The good news is that 0 won’t ‘get it’. He doesn’t have any administrative experience and even though he may throw some of the people around him under the bus. He will in doing that cause other problems. 1) The people left will go into CYA mode and do and say what he wants to hear not what he needs to hear. 2) Any new troops he brings in will take time to catch up and will be alienated bye everyone.

The bad news is that 0 is now perceived as weak and that is very dangerous for national security. Just like Clinton he will have to give away at the highest levels to get perceived cooperation. Our enemies will look at as we have
36 months to get what we want before he is replaced.

Economically, Tax income will continue to go down at all levels of government. Federal spending will not be controlled and deficits will set new records.

I like to think of the world economies as balloons conected
by pipes. As the US expands the flow of dollars, other currencies must expand or loose trade. The question is which currency balloon will explode first? Japan?
