Does whistleblower protection cover potential criminal acts which uncover corruption?

Well, so far they’ve done more jail time than any of the Democrat tax cheats.
For a group that had to expose Acorn on YouTube, these guys are sure getting some serious mainstream press this time around!

Interesting that there is no mention of Flanagan being released.
O’Keefe seems to have been there to film whatever Flanagan and Basel were up to while Dai waited outside.
Flanagan is the son of acting U.S. Attorney Bill Flanagan in Shreveport.
I suspect there is much more to the story.

Apparently he got over confident after his successful stings of ACORN. He should have known better than to break federal law, if he did. He has been released, they don’t say whether the charges were dropped of not.
