Based on the FBI complaint, I don’t see O’Keefe & Company getting hit with felony charges, but then again this is corrupt New Orleans and a very corrupt Democrat Senator that will be calling the shots.
Those charges are just to arrest and hold. They will amend them as needed to include dropping them to a minor infraction if there is no evidence. They also could exclude O’keefe, but we don't know enough yet.
