"Private citizen" or "citizen journalist" ...
Who issues the credentials to differentiate between the two as far as the First Amendment is concerned?

It's not like they were practicing law without a license or something ... they certainly can't prosecute. They can only EXPOSE the corruption.

If a few people hadn't been so courageous in defying the laws of the land that protected a corrupt government, you'd be saying, “God save the Queen” instead of standing up for the rights of the $300 million Cajun queen ... like you are now asserting YOUR First Amendment rights:
