But the whole site (including myself) was ticked about this and rightfully so. Just because this guy is on the “right side” doesnt make it right.....Some are being very hypocritical!

The case hasn’t come to trial yet. There were three new felony indictments filed as of March of 2009. The new indictments include fraud, unlawful electronic transmission of material outside Tennessee and attempts to conceal records to impede an FBI investigation.
