If enough of these states strap on some balls and pass these laws, then they can tell the feds to piss off. The problem is, that we dont have any real patriots left in the legislatures any more. What few there are are PW by the girlymen and PC crowd.

Wow, even Ohio got something right. Happens every once in awhile.
But I’m still moving out of here when I retire.

SO how does this work exactly? If I wanted a gun from say Montana, and I live in Michigan, then I’d have to follow Federal laws for registration?
Will the gun manufacturers start opening up small shops in each state then?

To capitalize on this movement, one of the major manufacturers should create a system of manufacturing franchises. Smaller factories could be built in each separate state, able to produce exactly the same weapons.
Imagine: Smith & Wesson - CO, Smith & Wesson - WY, etc..

Thanks EdReform!
Seems that every day we see or hear about another State or two shaking off the cobwebs of complacency and trying to break the shackles of serfdom compliments of an overreaching and opportunistic feral government. GOOD on 'em!

...then they can tell the feds to piss offNot necessarily so...my dad told me that some of the new regulations passed without too much attention is that ammunition now expires after a certain date...meaning the ammunition that is made now is formulated to last for a certain period of time.

I like South Dakota more and more each day. My wife moved us back to MN from TX. I'd prefer to move us one last time to somewhere out around Rapid City.
Need a bit more Tech Industry out there though. Not much in the way of jobs for a mid-career computer/network nerd like me.

"The problem is, that we dont have any real patriots left in the legislatures any more. What few there are are PW by the girlymen and PC crowd." If serfs in a state like MA can scrub Teddy's seat, then it would seem that those in any state could form committees or whatever to run the marxists in the state legislatures out as well...
Governorships are nice, but the legislatures across the country are mostly controlled by marxists...Time has come to do something about it...

Of course, in Colorado we have to get rid of the Gevernor and
a couple of senators. With Gov. “tax” Ritter going down in flames and his appointee to the senate, Bennett, struggling in the polls, there is a chance!

I can only hope my State of Colorado does this! Of course, we have Ritter (D) for a Governor and he was a Denver prosecutor. He has cops as friends so I doubt he will ever sign it.

What few there are are PW by the girlymen and PC crowd. It has been tried before (in the 1860's) by "real patriots." It takes a bit more than "some balls" and 'passing laws' to make it stick...
