Right on....I work in mental health and Obama sure fits the diagnosis. (Oh, I have twenty five years experience too). There is no treatment for narcissistic personality disorder unless they truly hit bottom and are totally confronted with a major divorce, lawsuit, criminal actions pending or professional disasters. They almost never go inpatient unless they are committed as a result of a serious suicide or homicidal event.
