IMH? I presume you mean IMO, anyway.

IMHO actually.

Unless you were there day to day, and know what she did, why she did it, and in what order, as well as know every facet of the decision making process, you would only be capable of analyzing what she released, and none of the process.

Well I could also read her filings, with all their typos and misspellings and misstatements and tortured logic, and see how miserable her legal abilities are. Or I could read the court transcripts of her attempts at playing lawyer and watch her in action. All available on Scribid for the world to see. And all paint a picture of Orly as a complete boob lost in the legal world.

YOU call it as YOU see it, you cannot lump anyone but yourself into an opinion...why, that would be STUPID..LOL

It's not STUPID when I base it on Orly's own antics. You're the one acting on your own opinion and hero worship of Tatiz.

I neither worship her, or idolize her. I observe her efforts, good or bad, efforts that actually happen, not just talk about happening.
Donofrio, is snails pace slow, quo warranto action is speculated, nothing more.
Again, your speaking as if you could do better, and know the system better than she does. If that’s true, why are you not filing masterpieces. If not, I would speculate that she knows more about the law than you, without resorting to a web search or a Scribd review.
Speaking ill of a filing, after the fact, is easy, the work is before the filing, and I submit, it was clear enough for you to criticize it? No? With all the bumbling, she is forging ahead, and not letting the issue die, from her detractors and critics. I think that is admirable, she has her eye on the prize.
Not something to be scorned, regardless of the cause, but to be admired.
She is determined, while those around her do nothing, and complain...
