It was Lucas Smith who denounced Taitz to Judge Carter in an affidavit because she allegedly asked Smith to lie to the Court and that she committed other improprieties as a person and a lawyer. In that affidavit, Smith disclosed what he claimed was an affair between Taitz and Charles Lincoln, not between himself and Taitz.
Judge Carter found Lucas Smith's affidavit sufficiently credible, despite Smith's well-known history, to admonish Orly Taitz for her conduct in the case.
Well, it is certainly nice to know from sworn testimony of Lucas Smith that Orly Taitz is a confirmed liar, and urges her witnesses (at least this one, anyway) to lie to a court of law...
At least in that respect, we know that Orly Taitz is no one to pay attention to.
Thus, if we believe Lucas Smith about Orly Taitz, we can forget Orly Taitz as who wants a confirmed liar and someone who urges witnesses to lie to a court to be the one to go after Obama... LOL...
But, on the other hand, it could be Lucas Smith who is the confirmed liar and he's stupid enough to lie through his teeth to a court of law and that Orly Taitz is telling the truth.
If that were the case, then probably Lucas Smith doesn't have the Kenyan birth certificate of Obama's, but is lying about that, too.
On the other hand -- Lucas Smith could be lying about Orly Taitz lying, and actually telling the truth about having the Kenyan birth certificate of Obama. And then, of course, it's sorta good to know that Orly Taitz wasn't "screwing around" (in the Biblical sense) with Lucas Smith, and was only doing it with Charles Lincoln... :-)
HOWEVER, they could all by lying and be basically as crazy as loons in the first place.

I love your thought process. You must have read InspectorSmiths rants on youtube as well as Taits replies on her website. Surely you have concluded that anyone at anytime can lie about anything for any reason. True true true. So, it comes down to verifying things factually on their own merits.
IMO the Kenyan BC is genuine, and the process documented with the courts.
It did not become a pissing match until Taits refused to pay for Lucas’ exploits/expenses. Then the sh#t hit the fan. Lincoln had Taits handle some real estate matters for him, and acted as a law clerk. Smith accused Taits of having relations with Lincoln, which her husband thinks is hilarious. Lincoln is mum on the subject. He lost his liscense to practice law, and got pissed when Taits gave him a bill for court costs for the RE work, just the costs. Go figure.
Taits submitted the verifiable facts to the court, and further asked the court to order forensic Analysis of the documents from Lucas Smith. As of this point, they have not done so. She did this with urgency, as it was thought his life was in danger, and once the documents were filed, it was too late to intervene.
As for Lucas accusations that he filed, or Lincoln filed anything with the California Bar against Taits, she stated they are not able to file anything against her, and to date nothing has been filed with the California bar by them.
So, who you gonna belive? I say nobody. Let the facts presented speak for themselves. People lie, or tell the truth, for their own reasons.
The book is not finished yet, but so far, its an interesting story. I look forward to the ending.
She may not be the one to bring down Obama, but he is going down. It might be Donofrio, or another lawyer, it might be the states, it might be us, replacing every incumbent in November, but his days are numbered. I want to see it happen, and I am patient enough to wait.
